As both a seasoned worship leader and a minister that has survived and learned through deeply challenging experiences, I consider it an honor to minister to others, particularly those that lead in the church.I have not only experienced the deepest pains of ministry, but I have learned much through the grace and love of God as I walked through the grief of these times into health and - hopefully - wisdom God has graciously given. I also love to lead or teach as churches hold their own Night of Worship. I'd be happy to come to your location and teach on worship as your church hosts it's own evening focused on worship. Additionally, I consult with church staffs and boards as they encounter difficult seasons of ministry and as they try to craft healthy staff policies.
